Everything you need to know about GANES.
A few starting points for understanding the GANES AI platform.
Contact our TeamGANES is an AI agent platform by eWIDEPLUS that helps retailers, brands and financial institutions recommend products, grow baskets, support customers and forecast demand — using their own data and a branded AI persona.
Traditional chatbots follow fixed scripts. GANES understands natural language, searches your catalogue and knowledge base by meaning, and takes action — adding to cart, checking stock or opening a ticket — while staying within your guardrails.
Our core industries are Beauty & Cosmetics, Grocery & Supermarket, Gadget & Electronics, and Banking & Securities. The platform can be adapted to other retail and service sectors.
GANES supports Bahasa Indonesia, English and Korean, with additional languages available.
